Warranty and RMA
All the equipment we sell is new and genuine, with the manufacturer’s warranty valid from the invoice date.
What the warranty covers
Manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use, according to each manufacturer’s terms.
What it does not cover
- Shipping damage not reported in time, misuse, overload or incorrect installation.
- Electrical damage due to lack of protection or proper grounding.
- Equipment opened or tampered with by third parties.
How to open an RMA
- Write to us with the order number, model, serial number and a description of the fault.
- We give you an RMA number and the address to send the equipment to.
- We evaluate the unit and let you know whether it qualifies for repair, replacement or paid repair.
Before opening an RMA a phone call is worth it: many faults are solved with a configuration adjustment.
