We want you to end up with the right equipment, not the one you bought by mistake.

General conditions

• Notify us within the period posted in the store from the day you receive the equipment.
• The product must be complete, undamaged, with all accessories and its original packaging.
• Every return requires prior authorization; without it we cannot receive the merchandise.

Returns do not apply to

• Equipment built or ordered specifically for your project.
• Software, licenses and digital content already activated.
• Product that has been installed, modified or damaged through use.
